Our minimum investment starts at $5,000 for Growth Investors. Strategic Partners can invest from $50,000, while Anchor Investors start at $250,000. Each tier offers different benefits and expected returns.
Returns are distributed as quarterly dividends, paid within 15 business days of each quarter-end. Payments can be made via bank transfer (USD, KES, or other major currencies) or reinvested into your principal.
Investments have a minimum lock-in period of 3 years for Growth tier, 5 years for Strategic, and 7 years for Anchor. Early exits may be possible after the first year, subject to a 5% early withdrawal fee and 90 days notice.
Tax treatment varies by country of residence. A 15% withholding tax applies to dividends for non-Kenyan residents. We recommend consulting your tax advisor. We provide annual tax statements to all investors.
Investments are not insured or guaranteed. However, we maintain comprehensive operational insurance, maintain conservative cash reserves (6-month runway), and diversify across 9 business units to mitigate risk.
We accept investments in USD (primary), KES, GBP, EUR, and SGD. Returns can be paid in the same currency as your investment or in USD at current exchange rates.
Most international investors can participate. We comply with KYC/AML requirements, so you'll need to verify your identity and source of funds. Certain jurisdictions may have restrictions—please contact us to confirm.
Very transparent. You'll receive quarterly financial reports, annual audited statements, impact reports, and regular webinars with management. Strategic and Anchor investors also get direct access to leadership.
Yes! Growth investors can attend annual investor days. Strategic Partners receive semi-annual facility tour invitations. Anchor Investors have standing invitations and can request visits at any time.
Anchor Investors have priority in any liquidity event. In an acquisition, investors would either receive their proportional share of proceeds or have the option to roll into the acquiring entity. IPO participation rights are also included for Anchor tier.
